This hotel is an absolute gem! The value for money is incredible, especially considering the attention to detail and the superb location in a calm area of Rome. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are maintained spotlessly clean every day, with fresh sheets and towels. The balcony is a lovely addition, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The private external bathroom adds an extra touch of privacy and convenience. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it's simply delicious!
Nothing to fault at this hotel, everything was absolutely perfect!

The accommodation was conveniently located near the Vatican Museum and metro station, making everything within easy reach. the quiet area added to the relaxed ambiance, away from the hustle of the city center. the cozy room was kept clean with daily cleaning service and included amenities such as air-con, mini-fridge, and TV. the breakfast spread included fresh croissants, fruit, and good coffee to start the day.
There were occasional noise disturbances due to daily room cleaning and close proximity of rooms.

We had a fantastic New Year's stay at a cozy B&B tucked away in a charming neighborhood. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed with large windows and modern bathrooms. the owner was very welcoming and accommodating, giving us tips on the local area and even allowing us to check out later. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro and beautiful park. We also enjoyed the convenience of a small cafe just downstairs.
The breakfast was basic and could use some improvement, with limited options and not much fresh produce. the towels were not changed as often as we would have liked, and there was a lack of toiletries provided.

Had a lovely Christmas stay at this cozy B&B. The breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from and the staff was very accommodating. The location was great, only a short walk to the main attractions and had many great restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable and clean, making for a very enjoyable and stress-free holiday.
The noise from the nearby street and occasional loud guests in the hallway made it a bit difficult to sleep at times. the room was not as spacious as we had hoped, especially with all of our holiday gifts and luggage.
